In 1996 Chris jointly founded Stoford Developments with Dominic Stokes. He is also a Director of sister companies Stoford Living and New Wood Securities.  Chris has a lengthy background in commercial property development punctuated by a series of high profile deals including Oldbury Green Retail Park, Spa Park Leamington, Centurion Park Tamworth and Swallowfield.  In a career spanning 30 years, he has been a director at Kingspark (now ProLogis) and St Modwen Developments.

Chris leads Stoford's work with end-user companies to identify their requirements and how these can be translated into a property solution that will benefit their wider commercial interests. 

Outside the working day Chris enjoys playing the saxophone, theatre, skiing, cycling, sailing, golf cricket and rugby.
