Stoford agreed to purchase 33 acres from the Crown Estate of the Honda Cars Storage Depot at Cabot Park, Avonmouth in conjunction with a simultaneous agreement to surrender Honda’s leasehold interest.

A £35 million, 435,780 sq ft regional distribution centre pre-let to The Co-operative Group in Avonmouth was developed and completed in June 2012 by Stoford in a joint venture with Gallan Group.

It serves more than 400 food stores in the South West providing 1,000 new jobs.

Moog Aerospace, i54, Wolverhampton

Following an extensive competitive interview process, Aerospace Group Moog appointed Stoford to create a 184,000 sq ft purpose built research and development facility on Wolverhampton’s prestigious i54 Business Park.

 

Stoford sited the building on land purchased from Advantage West Midlands on their i54 Business Park and completed in February 2012.  i54 is a 300 acre high technology business park on the edge of Wolverhampton which will benefit from a dedicated new motorway junction on the M54.

 

Working with Advantage West Midlands and Moog, Stoford delivered a multi-million pound grant package which enabled the scheme to proceed.

 

Stoford has also achieved planning for circa 50,000 sq ft of expansion space linked to the building.
