The scheme comprises 99 apartments and a new fire station at ground level. Planning consent was secured and work started on site in early 2011.
Stoford’s partnership with the fire service has delivered an optimum scheme for this site. They have worked closely together to identify the requirements for the new fire station and incorporate these in a landmark design located in central Cambridge.
Grosvenor are funding the development and taking the project forward.
