£20 Million Distribution Centre Topped-Out
Joint venture partners Terrace Hill and Stoford Developments have topped out REDD 42– a major new distribution facility off Junction 3 of the M42 near Redditch, Worcestershire.The £20million speculative development provides 227,000 sq ft of prime warehouse space on a 12.2 acre site, with ready access to all key motorway routes via Junction 3 of the M42 which is 4 miles distant.
Scheduled for completion in October, REDD 42 offers high quality office and warehouse accommodation together with a substantial service yard area and trailer parking. With completion imminent the unit is excellently placed to meet the distribution demands of the pre Christmas retail surge.

REDD 42 is located on the Ravensbank Business Park in the Moons Moat district of Redditch. The park lies close to junction 3 of the M42, providing rapid access to the M1,M5, M6 and M40 motorways.
