Agent Turns Developer

Philip McConnachie has joined Revurban, the specialist regeneration arm of Birmingham-based Stoford Developments, as development manager.

He is responsiblefor identifying, acquiring and developing UK sites for residential and mixed-use projects as part of Revurban and Stoford's growing national portfolio, which has seen over £200 million worth of projects completed with a further £100 million in-hand.

The move into development represents a 'change of sides' for 33-year-old Philip who has gained nine years' experience of residential sales with leading agencies including Knight Frank and Savills:

"Phil's land agency pedigree is a major asset in his new role," said Revurban director Jon Andrews. "He has a highly developed knowledge of this sector in addition to which he brings a deep understanding of the sellers' mindset."

Though focussing largely on Stoford's Midlands’s heartland, Philip has a national remit and relishes the opportunity to make an immediate impact:
