Another M5 Site Acquired for Offices
Stoford Developments has acquired Elmbridge Court, the former Custom & Excise Offices near Cheltenham and Gloucester, for conversion into flexible, high spec. business suites.The 100,000 sq ft building occupies a 12 acre site off the A40, within 1 mile of Junction 11, M5 and close to GCHQ and Gloucester Airport.
Stoford, the Birmingham based office and industrial specialists, plan a £5.5 million refurbishment, to create suites from 1,000 sq ft - 20,000 sq ft to meet increased demand for quality office accommodation. Units will be available either on a freehold or leasehold basis.
