Elmbridge Court Conversion Underway
Birmingham-based Stoford Developments has started work converting Elmbridge Court, a new £14-million development near Gloucester, to high-specification offices.
The former HM Revenue and Customs office buildings are being extensively refurbished to provide 90,000 sq ft of high-quality single storey offices in two phases.
The first 47,500-sq ft phase, due for completion in May 2008, will provide units ranging in size from 1,200 sq ft for sale or to let.
Elmbridge Court is superbly located in a 12-acre Green Belt site on the A40 between Cheltenham and Gloucester just minutes from Junction 11 of the M5.
Jason Adderley, Stoford Director, said: “Elmbridge Court will provide a superb location for any business looking to relocate to outstanding accommodation in a beautiful environment and within easy access of Cheltenham and Gloucester.”
The agents for Elmbridge Court are the Cheltenham offices of DTZ and the Gloucester offices of Alder King.
