Hat Trick at Swallowfield Courtyard
West Bromwich Albion legend Ally Robertson joined Birmingham-based Stoford Developments in celebrating a hat trick of deals at its new Swallowfield Courtyard office scheme in Oldbury.Stoford has sold two self-contained buildings at the Sandwell gateway development to firms in the financial consultancy and contract cleaning sectors, and accepted an offer on a third building from a consortium of private investors.
Broughtons Financial Planning, an independent financial adviser, has relocated from Edgbaston to the superbly accessible high quality accommodation, while South Wales-based Solo Service Group has chosen the scheme to open a central Midlands office.
The firms will be moving in to two 2,650 sq ft freehold offices at the courtyard scheme at Birchley Island off junction 2 of the M5, adjacent to the landmark AA / British Gas regional headquarters that was also developed byStoford.
Stoford has previously let the first 6,000 sq ft office unit at Swallowfield Courtyard to HMT Systems and three other accommodation units ranging in size from 2,650 sq ft to 4,250 sq ft are still available for sale on a freehold basis.
