Jason Set to Score for Stoford

A Halesowen property expert has achieved his goal after being appointed Business Development Manager for one of the Midlands' top developers.

Jason Adderley, who follows West Bromwich Albion home and away, will be responsible for marketing Stoford Developments' rapidly growing portfolio of prime office and industrial sites throughout the region.

He said: "Stoford is actively involved in the regeneration of the Black Country having just completed the stunning new Centrica HQ at Swallowfield in Oldbury and is now looking forward to developing the next phase of the prime site at junction 2 of the M5."

With nearly ten years' experience in property marketing, Jason Adderley previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham. His key projects included the letting of Communications Point at Stoke-on-Trent to the Government Immigration Appellate Authority at a record rent, and the sale of a new HQ at Burton-on-Trent to the Punch Pub Company. He has also managed acquisition projects for the BBC.

Jason's experience also includes working for Warwickshire Investment Partnership and Locate in Birmingham, where he was involved in marketing the city to overseas investors.
