Aromatherapy relaxation and de-stressing shoulder massages from professional beauty therapists were on the menu at a celebration lunch in Birmingham yesterday to mark the largest out of town office deal in the Midlands this year. Wolseley UK has agreed to purchase six acres of Spa Park in Leamington from Stoford Developments and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for £10.89 million.
