M5 Offices Almost Swallowed Up
Fresh from his goalscoring exploits against Everton, West Brom's Neil Clement handed over the keys to Albion supporters Sin and Harj Paul for their new office unit at Swallowfield Courtyard.The latest occupier at the office development is the fast-growing Focus Security Systems. Formerly based in Worcestershire, Focus has acquired a self-contained 2,650 sq ft office building together with nine car parking spaces.
According to Jason Adderley of developer Stoford Developments, only one further property remains on the market: “The success of this scheme has exceeded even our own expectations. Less than 8 months ago we completed the speculative construction of offices totaling over 27,000 square feet. Today we have just one office remaining and as a result of this demand, we are already planning a further phase.”
Focus Security installs and manages electronic security solutions including CCTV, alarms and access control for commercial clients throughout the UK. Having outgrown its original premises, the company sought good quality accommodation with excellent transport links, according to director Sin Paul:
“When we saw Swallowfield Court we felt ‘this is the one for us’. The site is attractive, the offices are excellent and the location is perfect for rapid motorway access. We’re delighted to be moving here.”
Other occupiers at Swallowfield Courtyard include HMT Systems, Broughtons Financial Services and Solo Service Group, while the adjoining Swallowfield One development now serves as the regional base for AA and British Gas.
