Meeting Aspirations
Aspire, a 17-acre, £50million office scheme on what is acclaimed as 'one of the best sites in the Midlands' was highlighted to key property professionals at a high profile city centre business breakfast.More than 40 guests gathered at the Hotel du Vin for a presentation by Philip Littlehales of Morley Fund Management which, in conjunction with Stoford Developments, plans to develop the 170,000sq ft site, adjacent to J4 and overlooking both carriageways of the M42, as well as having direct access to the A34 Stratford Road.
Chris Lea, Director of Edgbaston based Stoford, said: "It is a superb location with exceptional visibility. As such it is one of the best sites in the Midlands, and particularly appropriate for a prominent and very individual headquarters building."
With detailed planning for 170,000sq ft of office accommodation, buildings from 25,000sq ft could be completed within 30 weeks. Stoford has now started infrastructure works on the A34.
