New Signing at Swallowfield
West Bromwich Albion skipper Darren Moore made a flying visit to Swallowfield Courtyard to mark the first deal to be signed up by Stoford Developments at the high profile gateway site to Sandwell.He joined Jason Adderley of Stoford (left), Dan Riches, GVA Grimley (far right) and Paul Chapman, Director of HMT Systems Ltd who have signed up to relocate their Human Resource Management software business to the site at junction 2 of the M5, Oldbury.
HMT will occupy a 6,000sq ft of purpose built office adjacent to the stunning Centrica headquarters building also developed by leading commercial property specialists Stoford.
Available in early 2005, Swallowfield Courtyard is an innovative new complex of office accommodation offering a range of space from 2,250 to 6,000sq ft with freehold or flexible lease options and is Stoford's fifth major development in the area.
Darren is currently planning an auction at the Hawthorns on 8th December for his chosen charity Faith & Football.
