Businesses seeking small warehouse or industrial premises in the Black Country will be able to splash out on an exciting new development at Great Bridge.Birmingham-based Stoford Developments is awaiting planning consent for a total of 51,500 sq ft of units, ranging from 1,300 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Demand for the fourth and final phase of Waterside Park, to be known as Navigation Point, has been such that the 10,000 sq ft unit is already under offer.
The buildings, available on a freehold basis, have a prominent frontage to the Black Country New Road. Work is expected to begin on site in September 2005 for occupation in Spring 2006.
