Stoford Sends CEL to Coventry
Stoford Developments has followed its completion of a new HQ for the Camping and Caravanning Club in Coventry by letting the property it received in part-exchange to a leading UK engineering consultancy.CEL International Ltd is to let the two buildings totalling 11,000 sq ft at the Ensign Business Centre at Westwood Business Park from Stoford, which will be refurbishing them and adding a 1,500 sq ft ground-floor extension.
CEL is a worldwide provider of project management, engineering, design and construction services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, food & drink, consumer goods and fibres industries.
Jason Adderley, Business Development Manager for Stoford Developments, said: “This has been a complex deal involving the assignment of the Camping and Caravanning Club’s interest in one building and a new lease for the other.”
He added: “We have worked hard to accommodate CEL’s requirements and will be undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment programme prior to handing over the building in April. The deal successfully completes Stoford’s involvement with the Camping and Caravanning Club and justifies the innovative approach we adopted.”
