Stonebridge Set for Final Phase

Planning consent has been granted for the final phase of development at Stonebridge Cross, the 80 acre site in Droitwich being developed by Stoford on behalf of Axa Investment Managers.

The final phase will comprise a total of 225,000 sq ft in units of 130,000 sq ft, 65,000 sq ft and two 15,000 sq ft. Construction is due to commence during August 2007 with completion scheduled for Spring 2008. This development phase follows hot on the heels of a record year at Stonebridge Cross which has seen disposals totalling 400,000 sq ft.
