Swallowfield Take-Away

Property specialists made a swooping visit to Swallowfield Courtyard in Oldbury to mark the completion of the first phase of the innovative office complex.

Coinciding with the start of Chinese New Year, the event was followed by a lavish banquet at the nearby Wing Wah restaurant and a special toast to the Year of the Rooster.

Swallowfield Courtyard is a high profile gateway complex adjacent to the British Gas / AA regional headquarters building at J2 of the M5. The scheme offers a range of freehold office space from 2,000 – 6,000sq ft.

The lucky winner of a trip for two on the Orient Express was Steve Perriton of Wolverhampton agency Bulleys.
