Vale Park West Launched

Stoford Developments welcomed more than 50 commercial property agents to The Studio in Birmingham for the launch of the first phase of an exciting new office, industrial and warehouse scheme at Vale Park West in Evesham.

Guests enjoyed a tasty barbecue and fine wines as they were shown detailed plans and listened to a speech from director Jason Adderley about the 40-acre extension to Vale Park that includes four new units of between 18,000 and 75,000 sq ft, superbly located in the booming M5 corridor, the largest of which has already been pre-let.

The Stoford-hosted event also included a business card draw to win a spa weekend for two at Hotel du Vin in Cheltenham that was won by Ian Starbuck of King Sturge.
