

Adele has worked within the property development industry since 1997. She first joined Kingspark Developments as a Personal Assistant and developed her role into a Desk Top Publishing Assistant. With her background of working for Kingspark, ProLogis and Parkridge her experience has also included, extensive PR and marketing including event organisation, such as client parties for 400 in Cannes, exclusive shooting trips and a senior golf event in Poland.
Adele joined Stoford in March 2010 to cover maternity leave but has since joined the team on a permanent basis and is responsible for all Desk Top Publishing, Marketing & Administration.
Retail therapy, wake-boarding & Horticulture are Adele’s hobbies in her spare time!

Alan joined Stoford in June 2010 to support the project delivery team, following 11 years of Client side development support roles at Consultancy DBK Group and Developer Graftongate.
He has extensive experience in all technical aspects of construction and project management having spent 27years in mainline contracting prior to moving Client side.
Alan is currently working on the Avonmouth scheme for Co Op and the Cardiff scheme for Admiral Group as well providing support to the bidding process where required.
Away from work Alan’s interest mainly revolve around his Family having two Grand Children as well as taking part in 10k and half marathon runs and being an avid season ticket holder at Aston Villa.

Alex joined Stoford in 2008 after spending four years at Francis Graves in Birmingham. Alex started his career in civil engineering working throughout the country for Amey Construction, before leaving the UK to work in Hong Kong. For the next twelve years he was involved in a number of large civil and building projects on the new Hong Kong Airport.
Since joining Stoford Alex has been integrated into the construction team and is principally tasked with the delivery of projects, the most recent of which was the Severn Trent Centre in Coventry which completed in August 2010. Current projects include the construction of the Staffordshire County Council’s new office in Stafford and a new production facility for Moog at i54 in Wolverhampton. Alex also brings to the office his expertise and experience of over twenty years in the industry, assisting with the production of development submissions and tender packages.
Outside work commitments, Alex enjoys participation in all sports. He is a keen runner and orienteerer with an inexplicable liking for endurance running races.

Andy is a qualified surveyor who has specialised in retail agency for around 17 years. He joined Stoford in September 2007 after leaving his position at Wright Silverwood to set up the retail arm of Stoford with Carl Stacey.
Stoford Retail are now on site building a new district shopping centre in Shard End in East Birmingham which is a joint venture with Barratt Housebuilders, and working closely with a national food store chain as development managers on an on-going roll-out programme.
Outside of Stoford, Andy enjoys all sports and plays both tennis and racket ball competitively. He also has a passion
for travel.

Tony joined Stoford after almost 10 years in the commercial development industry. Starting at Carillion he became Midlands Development Manager before leaving for Redrow Commercial where he continued his Midlands specialisation.
Since joining Stoford in 1997, Tony has led some of Stoford’s most high profile projects such as the new headquarters for Staffordshire County Council and Admiral Insurance PLC. He leads Stoford’s tender submissions for public sector development projects with resulting successes such as Staffordshire County Council’s new Shire Hall, Ludlow Eco Park and three new centres for the Driving Standards Agency across the UK.
Tony’s achievements away from Stoford include skiing the north-face of Premacu (“very very steep”) and cycling the Three Peaks in 6 days (“very very sore”)

Carl joined Stoford in 2006 and after working predominantly within the licensed trade, creating a tenanted public house company with 9 outlets in the Oxfordshire area.
Since switching his focus to retail development Carl has successfully completed the refurbishment and reletting of Ernesford Grange Shopping centre in Coventry. He is now involved in an urban regeneration project at Shard End, Birmingham, working jointly with Barratt West Midlands to deliver 15,000 of retail on a mixed use scheme.
He has also secured 2 separate deals to build new stores for the Co-operative Group and has formed strong working relationships with a number of retail clients including Tesco, Ladbrokes and Cost Cutter.

Cathy has been with Stoford for 10 years. She is a dedicated member of the team and has dealt with many different aspects of the business.
Her role includes management of Stoford’s building launches and public relations activity.
She enjoys visiting art exhibitions, watching the Blues and seeing Brandon Flowers (Killers) play live!

Clare has a strong administrative and IT background and joined Stoford in 2000. She manages the smooth running of the office and acts as PA to a number of the Directors.
Away from the office Clare enjoys football and a wide range of music.

Dan joined Stoford in 2003 from Savills bringing a broad experience of development having provided office and industrial advice to the likes of British Land, ProLogis Wilson Bowden and BAA amongst others.
Dan secured and led the largest office pre-let in the Midlands in 2005 to Wolseley UK, and has followed this up with the largest M42 office pre-let for 10 years for Lafarge Cement at the NEC. More recently Dan has been an integral part of the team that has secured the contract to deliver Severn Trent Water’s new office headquarters in Coventry. Promoted to Director in 2006 Dan has led speculative warehouse developments at Doncaster, Redditch, Measham and Leicester.
A former professional rugby player, Dan still turns out for Solihull RUFC and enjoys football, golf and skiing.

Prior to joining Stoford David spent time working at DTZ, J Trevor & Webster, Sears Plc, and as a sole trader. David also co-owned a successful bar restaurant based in Solihull.
David joined Stoford in 1999 and was appointed as a director in 2000. He has been responsible for the delivery of a series of development phases at Spa Park, Leamington Spa and Stonebridge Cross, Droitwich, and the sensitive refurbishment of the listed buildings at a residential development named Garden Court in Birmingham.
In recent years David has focused on office-led regeneration projects and was instrumental in securing and delivering the £60 million Severn Trent Centre in Coventry and the £16 million BT Plc deal at Providence Place, West Bromwich.
Currently David is focusing his energy in the south west, where Stoford have secured an office development in Clifton, Bristol.
Remaining active outside working hours, David enjoys skiing, yoga, surfing and the cinema.

In 1996, Dominic Stokes jointly founded Stoford Developments with Chris Lea.
Dominic’s background in general practice surveying has provided him with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of the Midlands property market, and the ability to act upon an opportunity.
He now leads Stoford’s innovative approach to site procurement and development finance and holds directorships with property investment company, New Wood Securities and Stoford Living a residential development and urban regeneration company.
Away from the office Dominic is a director of Outdoor Adventure, which allows him to indulge in his passion for surfing. He also plays for Edgbaston Hockey Club.

Gerard joined Stoford in 2008 from Savills, Birmingham. At Savills, he specialised in Office Agency and Development, advising clients such as British Land, Severn Trent Property, Sackville Properties, Anthony Collins Solicitors and Brit Insurance amongst others.
Since joining Stoford, Gerard has been involved in a number of schemes but in particular with 2 large office prelets. He is the Development Manager for Admiral Insurance in Cardiff which is a 206,000 sq ft BREAAM rated Excellent office building, scheduled for delivery in 2014. He has also been involved in the procurement of a 50,000 sq ft office building for a renowned health care provider in Clifton, Bristol.
Away from the office Gerard enjoys skiing, water skiing and tennis.

Jon is responsible for operational management and business planning for the Stoford Group of companies.
A civil and structural engineer by training, Jon has a track record in development across a range of sectors including office, industrial and residential. Jon has been responsible for delivery of major urban regeneration mixed use projects in the West Midlands and further afield.
Previously a director of the Berkeley Group company, Crosby, Jon’s management and development experience underpins Stoford’s thorough approach to each transaction and its delivery.
Away from the office, Jon enjoys cycling and has an interest in fine art.

Julie joined Stoford from ProLogis in 2001. She is Director responsible for monitoring the financial strategy, management accounting and acts as Company Secretary to each of the Stoford Group of companies.
A keen Blackburn Rovers supporter Julie also enjoys foreign travel, particularly Italy.

Louise has recently joined Stoford from a strong secretarial background in property, with experience of legal work and project management. Louise acts as PA to a number of the Directors on a part time basis.
Away from the office Louise enjoys the theatre and live music.

Marilyn joined Stoford in 2006 as Accounts Assistant. Marilyn is the first port of call for accounts payable.

Matt joined Stoford in 2006 from consultancy practice DBK Group to lead the construction project management team. Promoted to Director in autumn 2007, Matt is responsible for the procurement and delivery of Stoford projects. Matt’s role includes the management of the project teams and contractors, whilst building close working relationships with occupiers, funders, and key stakeholders.
He has considerable experience in a diverse range of complex development projects across a number of sectors . Matt was involved in the delivery of the office schemes for LaFarge, Severn Trent, Staffordshire County Council, BT plc.
Away from the office Matt enjoys spending time with the family, mountain biking, and skiing.
