Dan joined Stoford in 2003 from Savills bringing a broad experience of development having provided office and industrial advice to the likes of British Land, ProLogis Wilson Bowden and BAA amongst others.

Dan secured and led the largest office pre-let in the Midlands in 2005 to Wolseley UK, and has followed this up with the largest M42 office pre-let for 10 years for Lafarge Cement at the NEC. Promoted to Director in 2006 Dan has led speculative warehouse developments at Doncaster, Redditch, Measham and Leicester.

A former professional rugby player, Dan still turns out for Solihull RUFC and enjoys football, golf and skiing.
