David has enjoyed a varied career to date taking in 4 years at Sears plc specialising in retail acquisitions and disposals and another 4 years as the head of J Trevor & Webster’s Birmingham office.

In 1996 David founded Mortons Bars Ltd and his own property consultancy, before joining Stoford as a director in 1999. He is a director of sister company Stoford Living, a residential development and urban regeneration company.

David has been responsible for the delivery of a series of development phases at Spa Park and Stonebridge Cross.  More recently he managed the sensitive residential development of Garden Court, Birmingham. He is leading the development of the new Coventry HQ for Severn Trent plc - Stoford's largest project to date.

Remaining active outside working hours, David enjoys skiing, cycling, surfing and cinema.
