In 1996, Dominic Stokes jointly founded Stoford Developments with Chris Lea.

Dominic’s background in general practice surveying has provided him with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of the Midlands property market, and the ability to act upon an opportunity.

He now leads Stoford’s innovative approach to site procurement and development finance and holds directorships with property investment company, New Wood Securities and Stoford Living a residential development and urban regeneration company.

Away from the office Dominic is a director of Outdoor Adventure, which allows him to indulge in his passion for surfing. He plays for, and is also Chairman of Edgbaston Hockey Club.
