Nick joined Stoford in 2007 from Ashford Construction, where he spent eight years as a project manager delivering projects from within both the pre and post contract teams.

He brings a broad range of project management experience in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Previous projects include Marco Island in Nottingham and Temple Point in Birmingham City Centre.

Nick works within the construction department at Stoford, advising occupiers on design and specification issues with a particularly emphasis on deriving cost-effective solutions for occupier fit-out. He also adopts a critical role in project monitoring ensuring developments are delivered on time and to budget. Outside work, Nick’s talents also extend to the rugby field, where he currently plays Centre for Solihull RUFC’s 1st XV, he also enjoys football and snowboarding.
