Phil joined Stoford Living after eight years in land agency with national Savills and Knight Frank. This period gave him a thorough grasp of the residential development market which he uses to good effect with Stoford Living.
Phil is responsible for sourcing development opportunities, achieving planning and managing the development process. Current projects include sites in St Davids (Cardiff), Factory Locks and Mansfield Road.

Away from the office, Phil is a keen sportsman having played professional rugby in the past (now retired!) and enjoys game shooting, fishing and power boating. He follows the Scottish rugby team, an experience he describes as “character building”.
