Stoford Retail have acquired a former car sales lot on behalf of Midlands Co-operative Society Limited, and have completed the construction of a bespoke food convenience store of 9,000 sq ft with 40 associated car parking spaces.
The scheme was fully supported at planning and has been the start of a much needed regeneration to the area.

The new development of a local centre will comprise of 9,000 sq ft of new retail including a 5,000 sq ft convenience store for the Co-op. The additional space will include a vet and 2 other retail units.
The development will be serviced via a new customer car park providing car parking for approximately 30 vehicles.

Stoford Retail in a joint venture bid with Barratt West Midlands won the opportunity to work in conjunction with Birmingham City Council on a major regeneration of Shard End in East Birmingham.
The scheme involved approximately15,000 sq ft of mixed retail (aswell as the construction of 200 new homes, a new library and Community Office) and completed in December 2011.
The shopping centre is anchored by a Co-operative convenience store. In total there are 12 new shops and other retailers include Ladbrokes, Greggs, a post office and pharmacy.
The scheme has provided a much needed lift to the Shard End area now called All Saints Square.

This 12 acre site was acquired from Southern Water Limited through a joint venture with Chesterhouse Properties Limited. Most of the units were pre let prior to completion.

This neighbourhood retail centre originally comprised Boots, Co-op and a number of vacant units. Stoford carried out a refurbishment and extension which resulted in the remaining units being let to Tesco, Ladbrokes and Dominos.
Ernesford Grange now provides 8 retail units totalling 1,200 sq m (13,000 sq ft) and 65 car parking spaces on a site area of 2 acres together with offices and residential units.
