Stoford Developments’ £75million All Saints office scheme in West Bromwich has been nominated for two top accolades in the prestigious Property Week Awards 2009.
The stunning 270,000sq ft development, which will include a new landmark regional business centre for BT designed to the highest sustainable standards , has been shortlisted for the categories ‘Regeneration Development of the Year’ and ‘Commercial Development of the Year’.
Birmingham-based Stoford has also been nominated in a further two categories – ‘Developer of the Year’ and ‘Sustainable Achievement of the Year’.

We expect to be on-site later this Summer.”
The nominations follow the success of Stoford Director Dan Gallagher, who was voted ‘Newcomer of the Year’ at last year’s event.
The award winners will be revealed on Wednesday, 15th July at the ICC in Birmingham.
