Stoford and Gallan Group have stepped up their national portfolio of major industrial schemes with a 12 acre development site in Irlam, Manchester.
Synergi, on the prestigious Northbank Industrial Park, offers the potential to develop from 20,000 sq ft – 175,000 sq ft of bespoke distribution, manufacturing, technology or research facilities on a freehold or lease basis.
The leading Midlands based property specialists have appointed a full design and build team to meet occupier’s requirements and ensure that their established demanding standards for sustainable, high specification schemes continue to be delivered.
Karen Wilson, director of Gallan Group said Synergi provided a unique opportunity for a range of businesses to create their own individual facilities at the heart of a site already occupied by leading companies including Omega Engineering, Perkins Engineering, Molnlyncke Healthcare, Werit and UPS.
Karen said: “The scheme has excellent communication links to the M6 and M60 motorways. It is also only 20 minutes drive from Manchester Airport.
“An added bonus is its proximity to the nearby Salford Gateway Development Area which will provide a multi -model freight interchange together with retail and leisure facilities including the new Salford Stadium.”
Synergi is the third joint venture between Stoford and Gallan. It follows their successful completion of a £38million, 435,780sqft regional distribution centre in Bristol for the Co-operative Group in 2012 and a further venture in the North West for a £60million, 1million sq ft distribution centre, for which planning was in July. The scheme could create up to 1,500 jobs.
