Midland property specialist, Stoford, has appointed two new board directors following a series of internal promotions. Gerard Ludlow and Alex Morgan have both been with the business since 2008.
Gerard, joined Stoford from Savills, Birmingham where he specialised in office agency and development. At Stoford, Gerard has been involved in a broad range of schemes including the 206,000sq ft Admiral Insurance headquarters in Cardiff.
Alex started his career at Amey Construction in the UK before working for 12 years in Hong Kong on a number of large civil and building projects connected with the new Hong Kong Airport.
Since joining Stoford, Alex has delivered a number of substantial projects including the construction of Staffordshire County Council’s new office and a production facility for Moog at i54 in Wolverhampton.
