Commercial property developer Stoford has bolstered its team with the appointment of a new project manager.
Noel Hammett, who joins the Birmingham-based company’s construction team, has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. He will deliver projects from the tender stage through to the build completion and aftercare with the occupier.
“I’ve gained experience in a wide range of sectors, including offices and industrial and logistics, and so when the opportunity came to join Stoford it was one I had to take,” said Noel.
“Stoford is a dynamic company and I know I’ll be able to hone the skills I have gained as a project manager over the past few years and help to grow the business.”
Joint managing director Matt Burgin, welcoming Noel to Stoford, said: “This is an exciting time for Stoford. After restructuring the business two years ago to bring greater sustainability and longevity, we are in an excellent position to grow. We have a large number of projects either already under construction, or that are expected to begin during 2015.
“Bringing Noel in strengthens our construction team further and enables us to continue providing the first-class service that our clients expect and deserve.”
Noel, aged 37, from Halesowen, joins Stoford from West Bromwich-based Anglo Holt Construction. He has a young family and, when time allows, enjoys swimming, playing golf and watching football.
