All units in Pantheon Park are now fully let and occupied

Stoford Developments and Royal London Asset Management have recently announced that all three units at Pantheon Park, Wolverhampton are now fully let and occupied. The new tenants on the scheme are Crown Workspace and Supersmart Service Limited (SSS).

The scheme which comprises three detached warehouse/production buildings extends to approximately 247,000 sq ft in total and was speculatively built by Stoford and funded by Royal London Asset Management.

Unit 2, which extends to 30,132 sq ft benefits from a working height of 10 metres, a 40 metre yard and three level access doors was let to Crown Workspace on a ten year lease. Crown Workspace is an expert in sustainable workplace solutions, helping clients to enjoy inspiring workplaces which have the power to transform their business. Services include commercial relocations and refurbishment, return to work, interior fit out and design, furniture, storage and IT re-sale.

Units 3 and 4 were let to SSS on two separate leases, each for fifteen years. The units extend to a total of 216,858 sq ft, and benefit from a minimum working height of 12.5 metres, 46 metre yard depths and dock and level access loading doors. SSS are an e-commerce fulfilment company who provide final leg distribution services for online platforms such as Amazon and E-Bay. SSS utilise strong relationships with local distribution partners including Royal Mail, Hermes, China Post and DPD.

SSS will use the space as a distribution centre and already has a strong presence in the Midlands with warehouses in Burton, Cannock, Lichfield and Aldridge employing more than 500 people. It is expected that 90 jobs will be created locally on the back of the lettings at Pantheon Park.

SSS’s parent company, Fujian Zonteng Network Co. also have warehouses in China, Australia and Germany, and employ more than 3,600 people worldwide

Other occupiers on the site are Lok’N’ Store and Arnold Clark.
